The Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues of Comprehensively Deepening Reform puts forward: establish a more fair and sustainable social security system, and adhere to the principle of actuarial balance. The Social Security Actuarial Research Center of China Institute for Actuarial Sciences is responsible for providing scientific basis for the actuarial balance of social security in China, and will devote itself to providing actuarial basis and constructive opinions for the top-level design of social securitysystem.
